This is the work of self-observation. Not analysing or judging yourself, but witnessing what's happening as it happens. In the midst of your actual life.
We work with the patterns that cost you the most. Anger that damages relationships. People-pleasing that exhausts you. Perfectionism that never lets you rest. Disconnection from your body when things get hard. Thoughts that loop endlessly without resolution.
Not seeking to fix or transcend them. But to see the automatic machinery clearly enough so it stops running you unconsciously.
The autopilot is running on overdrive now

Anger boiling over as your boundaries are relinquished again and again.

I know what it's like to be caught. What it takes to observe yourself without judgement. And what becomes possible when you can see your patterns clearly enough to choose a different path.
I've supported people for over a decade to unhook from patterns that keep them stuck. This work draws from somatic awareness, self-observation practices, and developmental psychology.
I'll help you develop the capacity to observe your patterns before you disappear into them.
We typically meet online for 60 - 90 minutes a month over 6 - 12 months. £150 per hour.
You bring what's alive for you. The situations where the pattern shows up. Times you couldn't stop acting out. or abandoning yourself under pressure.
We'll work somatically, tracking what's happening in your body, noticing where the tension lives. Feeling into the pattern before you disappear into it. We'll work with it developmentally, understanding how the pattern formed, what it's protecting, why it made sense.
And slowly, session by session, you develop the capacity to really observe yourself. The ability to walk alongside yourself as the pattern activates within you. And learn how to unhook yourself when you're already in the pattern. To feel the habitual reaction and not follow its predictable course.
This isn't quick work. The patterns have been running you for decades. But over time, you'll gain real freedom. Not the freedom of never having the pattern arise, but the freedom of seeing it clearly enough that it no longer runs you automatically.
